Manufacturing Update June 13, 2019

Good afternoon everyone. Thank you to everyone for checking in with the weekly update. Today we will cover what has gone out, what’s come back in, as well as what’s still out for color. We will also share information on stock statuses, out of stock parts, and their next manufacturing runs.

Batches Still Out at Finish

Speaking of what’s still out at finish the following are out and we do expect everything back in before the end of the month even the non-anodize parts:

• Matte Red anodize from 5/17
• Matte Black anodize from 5/17
• Black anodize from 5/23
• Yellow from 5/31
• Orange and Matte Orange anodize from 6/4
• Purple and Matte Purple anodize from 6/4
• Octane Red from 6/6
• Redline Red from 6/6
• F8 Green from 6/6
• Jazz Blue from 6/6
• Destroyer Grey from 6/6

Anodized Items in July

All anodized items that are at finish now, will be coming back in here prior to the end of the month. Our plater takes a week vacation during 4th of July. We will continue to send parts out for anodizing this month, just be mindful no anodizing will be taking place the week of July 4th.

Stock Statuses

Just a heads up on stock statuses, we are in good shape on most of our products. Please remember we keep all items in satin machine finish here on the shelf and send our colors out in batches. Satin machine finished items will ship to you within 15 days of ordering, or sooner, and that includes catch cans.

Catch Cans

Speaking of catch cans, all satin catch can orders through June 7th are in packaging now, and will be shipping to you over the next couple of days. All satin catch can orders through June 12th are in assembly now and will start to ship next week.

Remember family if you need us to ship your satin can immediately (the next business day after you order) please let us know. You can simply tell us when you call in to place your order over the phone, or if you are ordering online, when checking out let us know in the order comments section so we can get that handled.

Due to the high volume of catch cans (both BT Brand, and Private label) your satin catch can will ship within 10 to 15 business days. The average time as of today’s update is right around 10 days.

Out of Stock Items

The only products we are out of stock on currently are the following:

Shifter Balls:
Next run sometime in July. We have very few open orders on these, but we will knock out another round at least by mid July.

Power Seat Covers:
We sold out last weekend however, we are running them right now so expect very little delays. Satins machine finish will start shipping again the week of June 17th. We will get a round of colors out the week of June 24th, so stay tuned to the updates.

Water Necks:
All styles, including Hellcats and Demons, we have material here, but we will need to push back to early July to get them on a machine. Thank you everyone for understanding.

If you have a current order in with us and its not currently out at finish (we do have some that are at plating) just reach out to us and will try to narrow it down for you as best we can. If you have an event coming up in July let us know the date. While we cannot promise, we will do our very best to make that happen for you.

Valve Covers:
These are running and satin machine finished covers will be shipping starting late the week of June 24th. All colors and polish will be shipping all through July.

We have some sets left on this run they will go quickly so give us a call or place your order online. This will be the last run for 2019.

Coolant Tank Covers:
Coolant tank covers are also running. Satin Machine finish will start to ship in early July. Colors will be going for finish in July wish shipments in colors starting probably right around the 3rd week of July. We are doing everything possible to move that up.

This is a product we take our time machining, much like the valve covers, we only run them wide open when hogging them out. When it comes to the surface finishes, and edges we take precision passes. This ensures that buttery surface finish which translates so well to the machine look, as well as our color finishes.

This is a huge show piece and many people are doing some wild custom engravings on them. You will not be disappointed we promise you. Our cover can remain on the vehicle at all times it does not have to be removed, and fits perfectly.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Remember family if you see your order has come back in from finish please allow us 7-14 days to complete any final processes such as engraving and or assembly. If you need it sooner because you have an upcoming event and are worried this time frame will be cutting it close drop us an email or give us a call so we can get you taken care of.
