Manufacturing Update August 30, 2018

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to the final MFG Update for August 2018. What an incredible year it has been. Its such an honor to be part of your ownership experiences. We simply cannot thank you enough for the support, trust, business and goodwill.

Colors Out for Plating

The following finishes are still out currently:

• Matte Black from August 17th
• Matte Red from August 17th
• Green and Matte Green from August 17th
• Standard Red from August 23rd
  including Valve Covers and coolant tanks
• Matte black all products from August 27th

Low/Out of Stock Items

We have quite a bit to cover today so lets get started first with stock statues on whats running low or completely out of stock:

• Hellcat/Demon Supercharger Coolant Reservoir Covers:
  We have two on the shelf. Material coming in first week of September and will start running early September also.
• ABS Covers:
  Pushed to late September 2018. We have limited stock that can be done to your finish choice on the shelf.
• 2005-2010 Washer Fluid Caps:
  Material is here and will go on the machine for manufacturing right after Labor Day.
• 2011-2019 Coolant Tank Covers:
  We are shipping the oldest orders first on the beautiful 3rd generation and final redesign of the coolant tank cover. This piece can stay on permanently never has to come off and fits factory Shakers, T/A’s and Demons with the Air Grabber system.We had to break into the manufacturing run in the week of August 20th to complete valve covers and these will be going back on again the second week of September.

  Please keep an eye on these updates for when your color goes out for finish. If you ordered satin and it did not ship yet, you will see shipping notifications on satin covers starting late the 3rd week of September.

• Devo Style Strut Covers:
  There are a limited number sets on the shelf. Next MFG run mid September.
• Water Necks 5.7, 6.1, 392 cars, Jeeps & Rams:
  We will be running them in mid September again.
• Hellcat Water Necks:
  We have very low stock on those and will be selling out again prior to us running them again the third week of September.
• Door Lock Pins & Bezels:
  These have been pushed to the third week of September. We do have limited stock so please call for an update on what we can get you prior to our next MFG run.
• Uni-Strut Covers:
  Just WOW! We are sold out as of today. Next MFG run will be sometime during the 3rd week of September. We started the week of August 20th with 38 sets on the shelf, and we sold out earlier today. Thank you all for your support.
• 13 and up Throttle Body Covers:
  We are out of stock on these. Material will be here late next week right after Labor Day and those will go on the machine early the second week of September.
• Hellcat Bypass Valve Covers:
  Also out of stock, and like the 13+ TB covers, material will be here late next week and will begin their manufacturing run the second week of September.
• EGR Deletes:
  Once again, another big run on that product late in the month here. We are sold out as of Tuesday, August 28th and will not be able to get these in the machine until sometime in late September.
• Coil Pack Covers:
  These are running again, with satin shipments to start early September. We do have folks that have orders with us that are still out at plating.

  Not sure if your order is out for color? Please refer back to the prior updates in August to see if you are one of the orders that made it out for finish prior to selling out. When in doubt just give us a call.

• Satin Catch Cans:
  Production is running smooth.
  • All cans thru August 12th have shipped and are on the way to you or clearing final inspection to ship.
  • All satin catch can’s from August 13th through August 24th are in assembly now. Cans in this timeframe will ship within 7-10 days, possibly sooner.
  • All catch cans from August 25th to current business are entering into assembly now.
  • If you have an immediate need for us to ship to you please call (561.582.6171) or email us and we can get your item out within 24-48 hours.

Products Not Listed Above

All other items in our product line up are in good shape inventory wise and if you follow along you know we keep everything in satin machine blanks. Please, do not panic if you have not seen your order head for its respective finish as of yet. We have numerous batches on deck for plate and powder coating. These will go out right after Labor Day, ie: early next week.

New Releases,and Some Highly Requested Interior Items

Speaking of product lineup we have several new things coming in September, as well as the long awaited return of the interior items. The tornado in June putting two of our machining centers down really put us in a jam, but we are ready to rock and ready to bring you more oldies returning from the vault. We also have several exciting, never seen before, products ready to unveil. So please stay tuned.

Last Call For Pink And Gold

Folks if you want to do orders in pink (bubble gum pink) or gold (both matte gold and standard machine finish gold we will accept orders for those finishes through September 4th ending at 3:00 P.M. EST. Why not take advantage of the 15% off on these are finishes (see details further on down in this write up) you may have been contemplating doing. If you have questions regarding those colors email or call us and we can send you photos or answer those questions for you as needed. These colors once we discontinue them will not be back unless we have people with pitch forks and torches outside the door demanding that and we highly doubt it ha! Thank you again, we simply want to clear the way for more colors to introduce in the 4th quarter.

Friends this year has absolutely blown us away with how generous you our customers have been and all the support. We know the wait may seem agonizing at times, but please know we are working hard, and you never even see all the satin machine product on these updates that usually ships out in 15 days give or take and thats a good bulk of the product we sell. Holiday Hours and Labor Day Party

BT staff members will only be in tomorrow, August 31st until 9:30 A.M. EST. August 31st is our Annual BT Family Day where we gather with each other and our respective family members at The Rapids Water Park for a day of fun and to unwind as family together. We will not return to the shop until Tuesday morning September 4th with phones live starting at 6:00 A.M. EST.

This tradition has been ongoing since 2013 when El Presidente Nick Billet made the Friday before Labor Day weekend a mandatory funday. As the year starts to wind down we start to get antsy with each other. It’s easy to succumb to the stresses of working in a fast paced, high demand environment. The team needed a day amongst ourselves, and our families to reconnect and regroup. This little celebration reminds us why we all love to work together in the first place. We believe that love translates to the finished product, and that’s because we genuinely enjoy each others company, the teamwork and the parts we create with you, for your cherished rides.
